Shipping Policy
Buying clothes without first trying them on can be a difficult decision. Every manufacturer has a different size chart and there is no conformity of sizes. To help you order the correct size we have provided our own size charts . Please note that these are body measurements only. Each style has tolerance added which differs depending on the fit of the design. All our Casual Chic and Signature dresses and outfits are designed to be relaxed fit and not fitted around the waist. You cannot proceed to checkout without filling in your Bust Waist and Hip size also Height. This is to enable us to choose your nearest size that will be the best fit to your measurements. Please note the dresses are NOT Made to Measure but to your nearest size and may need alteration for the perfect fit. We do our upmost to help make your dress or outfit a success. If you feel you do not fit comfortably into our measurement guidelines please contact us and we will discuss your best options . At this stage we will ask you for a current photograph front side and back . Alterations to our sized patterns will incur extra cost.

Most of our parcels are sent by DHL or Fedex and on occasion use Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will email you on receipt of order to confirm and check the expected lead- time & date of delivery is suitable for you. Once en-route we will send you the tracking information.
Details about how to return are within your parcel: For all UK and international orders any returns costs are payable by the customer.
We expect notification that you are intending to return your product within 7 days of receipt of goods. You then have 14 days in which to return your parcel to our UK boutique. Our refunds policy applies to all online and telephone sales of garments which have not been altered or adapted in anyway. The goods also need to have the labels attached and be returned in the immaculate condition as sold.
For our international customers
At checkout, UK VAT of 20% will be removed from the basket price, if the delivery address is outside of the UK.
You then have the option to prepay duties and taxes, or pay the net price, and be charged at your destination before release of the goods.
Your order will be dispatched via DHL or Fedex unless stated otherwise. When we receive your order we will be in touch with an estimated lead-time and delivery date. We will provide you with the tracking info once your order has been confirmed and your parcel is on its way.
If the duty pre-payment service is not selected at the checkout, any customs or import duties will be chargeable once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely though from country to country; so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Our returns policy does apply to overseas sales bought online and over the telephone as detailed above, however the return shipping and any customs charges are non-refundable.
