Our full-length bias cut and hand beaded dress is the epiphany of “black tie”. The long-sleeved cowl neck top is attached to the dress but can be made as a separate and adds a touch of Hollywood glamour. The beading has enough weight to create a soft drape and hugs the body being bias cut, and always sits in place due to this feature. Perfect for a tall figure.
