This Tartan Waterfall Panelled Ivory Wedding Dress is a modern, elegant and new concept which uses tartan waterfall panels in a contemporary design with a traditional heritage. A collection that is Modern, Scottish, and Stylish with International Appeal.

The Kobe Shimbun newspaper in Japan commissioned two dresses that were designed especially for the exhibition to represent Joyce Young. Firstly, sketches were prepared and sent to an exhibition committee in Japan to chose two designs to go forward and be made up.

In the Japanese Tartan Exhibition we had on display a wedding dress exclusively designed for Kobe Shimbun Newspaper and an evening dress commissioned by the exhibition organisers. These designs were chosen from sketches submitted to Kobe Shimbun. The wedding dress incorporates Fraser tartan and is a gorgeous strapless dress with one shoulder detail. The evening dress is designed with our own By Storm silk tartan incorporating black french guipure and beaded tassels.
