We were contacted a few weeks ago by the Sunday Mail reading a feature they were doing on Bridal style at different ages, here at By Storm we are proud to cater for ladies of all ages and styles. One beautiful bride of ours was perfect for the feature!
Pam and Ashok’s wedding took place at Cameron House on Loch Lomond on 9th December 2012. It was a truly spectacular day with all the wonderful elements of a wedding that every bride could wish for. Firstly although it was mid winter the sun shone all day after a week of heavy rain. That part was definitely luck! The rest was the result of months of careful planning. Pam’s dress was designed especially for her in Italian silk and hand made Belgian lace. Her bridesmaids wore dresses in navy taffeta which complimented the Groom’s kilt and set the colour theme for the wedding. Her young niece wore a version of the bride’s dress in lace and silk while the Matron of Honour wore a navy lace long coat over a silk chiffon flowing dress. I had the pleasure of designing all these dresses and enjoyed every minute of the time spent with the family at the fittings. Our involvement continued to the wedding day itself where I was on hand to dress Pam and her attendants at home before joining them at Cameron House to keep a watchful eye on the dress ! We had the most wonderful day.You can read the full feature here…
